Dean Park Co-Living

The Dean Park Crescent office building in Bournemouth is up for re-construction;

The brief was to re-invent the interior space as a co-living for digital nomads and university graduates.

Considering sustainability and potential tennant financial limitations, this project integrates vintage and second-hand features such as furniture into a neutral and nature-oriented space to create a more welcoming environment for younger users from all levels and walks of life.

The facility concentrates also on providing amenities with opportunities for socializing such as libraries, social rooms, a cinema, gym, an entertainment/performance cafe space, roof bar and an interior garden.

A key selling feature of the design are the private workpods, oriented at the digital nomad users to facilitate meetings and work collaborations.
